           IC Designing Manager

             Minimum 5 years of experience in Analog Circuit Design
             inimum 2 years of IC design project management position
             Knowledge of High Voltage Device
             Strong team leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills

           Senior IC Designing Engineer

             Minimum 5 years of experience in Analog Circuit Design
             Knowledge of High Voltage Device
             Familiar with Verilog coding
             Proficient in physical layout

           Assembly Engineer - Dongguan

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain assembly equipment and tooling.
• Set up, qualify and optimize process.
• Set up and qualify new products.
• Improve assembly yield and reduce cycle time.
• Prepare equipment operation and maintenance documents and procedures.
• Provide training to other relevant parties.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in mechanics and electronics.
• Good English especially in reading and writing.
• Proficient in using AutoCAD.
• At least two year’s similar position in semiconductor manufacturer.
• Familiar with TCP/COF assembly equipments, such as ILB Bonder, Potter, Laser Marker.
• Familiar with TCP/COF tooling, material and process.
• Familiar with TTI-810 operation and maintenance is an advantage.
